SHIPMENT
we offer free delivery within Europe on all our products.
products will be shipped within 3 business days from Lithuania.
please take into consideration the delivery time can differ depending on your location.
our prices include 21% VAT for products delivered within Europe.
for shipment outside Europe, an extra shipping fee of 15 euros will be charged.
a notification with tracking number will be emailed when your product has been shipped.
for any delivery destinations outside of Europe, the customer will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive their order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

RETURNS
our mission is to help customers find the perfect gown for their body type in the right size, however it may happen that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase
we offer a 10 days return policy from date of delivery of your order for a full refund
however we kindly ask you to shop responsibly - multiple returns is harmful to the environment. If you are satisfied with your purchase - 10 euros will be donated automatically to European Environmental Fund to help fight against Global Warming.
we are happy to guide you and provide all the extra information needed for you to purchase the size and style of gown that suits your body best.
we will only accept returns for products that are in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the product returned, and if we consider it in a perfect condition, we will refund you the full amount immediately.
products that show signs of being worn or damaged will not be returned.
